The Barrel Room is happy to offer its guests an opportunity to join The Barrel Room Wine Club!
One goal of the club is to provide great wines, mainly from small production, "boutique" winemakers that
offer a wonderful wine experience at a value cost. But the main goal of the club is to have fun! In 2008,
we've already had two club "releases" and we'll have one more in November.
So far our club members have enjoyed such wines as Sanford Pinot Noir, Buena Vista Reserve Chardonnay, Steele
Vineyards Zinfandel, Two Angels Syrah and Treana White Blend, a wine rated at 91 points by Wine Spectator! We've
also had a few local connection wines from Adam Carruth Cellars in Oceanside and 22 Hundred Cellars, whose
business offices are in Luecadia. Wines have come from such appellations as Paso Robles, Lake County and Medicino
and vineyards such as St. Olof (Clear Lake), Red Cedar (Paso Robles) and the very famous Mer Soleil of Monterey
County.
Each release of the wine club will be priced between $80 and $100 and will contain 4 bottles of wine, one white and
three red. Each release is introduced at a private TBR Wine Club Release Party where club members get to taste the
wines, learn about each one and enjoy the fun of sharing the wine discoveries with fellow members. Jim Parker,
TBR's wine steward, hosts each release party and takes great pride in finding very special wines for our club
members. There is no membership fee required to join. All that's required is the joy of discovering new tastes
from talented winemakers and the fun of sharing that experience.
If you'd like to be a part of our club, let us know by contacting
The Barrel Room Wine Club via e-mail. We'll get some information from you, then make sure you're part of our
next exciting TBR Wine Club Release!
